When things feel overwhelming and out of control, inviting someone to walk alongside you is an incredibly helpful, powerful process. I know that reaching out to a therapist can be vulnerable, so I am devoted to treating every client with kindness and compassion to help you feel as comfortable as possible. My goal is to provide a warm, caring, and nonjudgmental environment so you can feel free to move toward healing and wholeness. I work with individuals, couples, and families with topics such as anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, relational distress, codependency, grief, self-esteem, identity, and more. My therapeutic approach combines elements of Attachment/Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS - parts work), Family Systems, and Brainspotting (a mind-body approach for processing emotions). I am certified in PREPARE/ENRICH for premarital couples, and I am trained in IFS (Level 1), Brainspotting (I, II, and BSP with Parts), and EFT. One of the most important, difficult things a person can do in their life is to heal and grow. The process of growing is often just as painful and confusing as it is beautiful; that is why having someone with a flashlight and a map to walk through that journey with you is invaluable. It would be an honor to journey alongside you in growth and healing.
