Together, we will explore what is weighting on you, uncover your strengths, and find practical ways to help you feel more grounded and empowered. Think of my as your guide, not your boss. Whether we're using mindfulness, CBT, talk therapy, art therapy, my focus is on what works for you. Outside of sessions, you'll probably find me walking my dogs, bike rides, traveling, and trying to keep my houseplants alive, which reminds me- growth isn't always pretty, but it's worth it.
