I am a client-centered, creative therapist interested in a holistic approach. I am connected to issues faced by the LGBTQ community. I work to support individuals coping with: depression, anxiety, ADHD, women's issues, trauma, and relational issues. I also enjoy working with young adults 18-25 who are seeking "next steps" in life. I offer traditional talk therapy via telehealth, and walk & talk therapy in Oregon. I hold licenses in both Maine and Oregon.
