Life can feel overwhelming at times but having a support person to guide you through this can have a positive impact on your life. I see therapy as an opportunity to collaborate with patients to identify how to move through struggles to get to a better place and be their best selves. My approach is direct but compassionate and I use strengths-based interventions. I offer a safe and judgment-free space to process through struggles and help you get the most out of your treatment. This journey is not always easy but having a therapist to support and guide you can make the journey a bit easier and not feel so alone. I specialize in the treatment of feeding and eating disorders, disordered eating, body image struggles, self-esteem, anxiety, depression and relationship concerns. Sessions are a combination of processing through stressors as well as identifying skills to work through them and respond differently in the future. I recognize how difficult it can be to reach out for help and I am here to answer any questions that you have to make this process a bit easier. Reaching out is the first step to getting to a better place in your life and I'm here to help. You don't have to go it alone!
