Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, whether you’re exploring it for the first time or returning after past experiences. You might be wondering, “What if we’re not a good fit?” or “How long will it take for me to feel comfortable opening up?” These are completely natural concerns. My role is to help ease that uncertainty by creating a safe, supportive, and collaborative space where you feel heard, seen, and understood. I'm a licensed mental health therapist with over six years of experience, and I specialize in working with anxiety, relationship challenges, and self-esteem issues. My approach is rooted in empathy, curiosity, and connection. I believe that therapy is most effective when it’s built on a strong therapeutic relationship—one where compassion and even a little humor can help make the journey more approachable and human. I work primarily with young adults, teens, and individuals navigating relationship dynamics, identity development, life transitions, chronic pain, and work-life balance. I tailor therapy to your unique needs and learning style, drawing from a variety of therapeutic approaches including Mindfulness and Self-Compassion, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Humanistic Therapy. Our work together will involve looking at how your past experiences—family systems, cultural background, early life patterns—may be shaping your present. From there, we’ll build insight and explore new ways to grow, cope, and move forward. Therapy is your space, and my goal is to meet you where you are, help you feel empowered, and support your process of healing and self-discovery. If this resonates with you, I’d be honored to be a part of this journey with you.
