Introduction

I wonder if you have ever felt stuck in a never-ending cycle? Maybe you have tried restoring your relationship, worked toward changing a habit, or even decreasing pain but, found that no matter what you tried, things just wouldn't improve. This is a common dilemma where our brains often try to keep us safe through familiarity and at one point this likely kept us from danger. However, today it may be holding you back, and stepping outside of your comfort zone may foster the healing you need. That's where I'd love to walk alongside you and help you take your first step toward change. I will be graduating with my Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy in June. I am trained in EMDR as well as Prepare and Enrich for pre-marital and marital counseling. I have a huge passion for working with couples stuck in painful cycles as well as individuals struggling with trauma, depression, relational difficulties, and anxiety. In the therapy room, I value the importance of a healthy spirit, mind, and body and providing a non-judgmental space to help foster your authenticity and growth. I often view our work through a trauma and attachment lens. If you'd like to schedule a consultation call, an appointment, or have any questions I would love to hear from you.
