My approach is warm, conversational, and collaborative, with a healthy dose of thoughtfully pushing and challenging clients when it serves our larger goals. Integrating elements of IFS, CBT, psychodynamic, and mindfulness practices, I facilitate a process with three distinct objectives: identifying and reframing negative thought patterns, developing a stronger awareness of self, and bolstering your feelings of autonomy and ability in developing the skills necessary to accomplish desired goals and find wellbeing. I specialize in women's issues, with a focus on female friendship dynamics and female empowerment. Additionally, I hold a BFA in Drama and enjoy working with actors, other performing artists, and those in the entertainment industry around the unique challenges of the field. I am an LGBTQIA+ affirming, sex-positive, and body-positive clinician.
