Introduction

Hello! I’m Kiara, I enjoy working with youth, couples, and adult individuals. I have a big heart for others and use CBT and EFT to promote healing, which I believe is limitless. I have experience with individuals that struggle with identity, stress, anxiety, trauma, and depression. I am passionate about providing keen insight to clients and strive to deepen the understanding of attachment wounds, trauma, and a vast majority of symptoms that stem from nervous system dysregulation and unhealthy relationship dynamics. Providing a safe space where clients feel they can be their most authentic selves is vital to me as it is essential to healing. I walk alongside my clients in all phases of counseling. Sharing details about oneself and interpersonal relationships can be difficult, but I am honored to know and walk alongside you with hope, healing, truth, and grace.
