I specialize in working with adults who feel out of control or stuck in a repetitive loop they can’t seem to break free from. These patterns often show up at work, in their primary relationships, and with themselves: -Delaying or having difficulty carrying out tasks -Feeling pressure to achieve or meet high expectations -Feeling sudden fear or intense worry -Feeling a constant sense of unease -Feeling a lack of options or influence over situations -Having bursts of anger or blaming others -Experiencing a deep sense of embarrassment or guilt I approach therapy as a joint effort in creating and building new and different ways of being that are supportive to you as an individual and promote positive change in your relationships. I weave Somatic Experiencing, Attachment Theory, and EMDR to help process trauma, develop embodiment, and strengthen your relationship with yourself and others. My approach to therapy includes and requires curiosity, compassion, collaboration, trust, and strength in the therapeutic relationship. I look forward to meeting you, working with you, and walking alongside you. ---- When not practicing psychotherapy, I enjoy traveling and spending time in nature with family and friends. I also like listening and dancing to music, baking, reading, stretching, and catching up on my latest favorite tv show.
