Introduction
I am a board-certified licensed marriage and family therapist, with a my Master's in Counseling from California State University, Northridge (CSUN). My experience consists of treating individuals with anxiety, depression, women's issues, post-traumatic stress disorder, ADHD, and couples therapy. The treatment modalities I utilize are client centered therapy, family systems therapy, solution-focused therapy, and narrative therapy. I believe every person is unique and deserves to talk about their struggles in a safe, authentic way. I do my best to maintain a non-judgmental stance while working with individuals, couples, and families to help them feel valued, accepted, and validated.
