I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and National Certified Counselor, holding an M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Georgia State University, along with degrees in Experimental Psychology and Psychological Science and Counseling. I employ a trauma-informed, person-centered approach to foster a non-judgmental, supportive therapeutic environment. I value the hard work of therapy, ensuring clients feel comfortable as they navigate life’s challenges. I have worked with clients experiencing relationship issues, life transitions, disordered eating, body image concerns, anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, trauma, and more. As a former college athlete, I also enjoy working with clients who are transitioning out of sports. With every client, I strive to create a safe space and provide a listening ear to help them explore what may be troubling them. I am passionate about helping clients collaboratively navigate their concerns and identify tools to help them succeed, so they will have someone walking with them throughout their individual journey towards healing.
