I have more than 35 years of experience working with individuals and their significant others seeking psychotherapy for Substance Use and other Addictive Disorders. I rely heavily on counseling principles consistent with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Enhancement Therapy. I will help you to explore options for Moderation Management, Harms Reduction, or Abstinence based on your identified goals and clinical needs. I have active certifications from the National Association of Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselors (NAADAC) as a Master Addiction Counselor (MAC) and as a Substance Abuse Professional (SAP).
