In life, relationships matter most. Connected relationships expand one's capacity for growth, self-understanding, and ability to form meaningful bonds. My work focuses on building relationships that deepen one's sense of vitality, as well as their ability to see themselves and others more clearly. I will help forge new possibilities and amplify courage and grit. I work with adults, children, and families. I treat individuals struggling with a range of challenges from self-esteem, forming and maintaining relationships, family conflict, depression anxiety, trauma, gender dysphoria, and autism spectrum. Furthermore, I have expertise supporting the transition to fatherhood and treating paternal perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. In addition to my private practice, I am the co-founder and director of Love, Dad: Support for Fathers and Families. We advocate for policies and practices that promote family-child health through the integration of fathers into perinatal and early childhood mental health and home visiting.
