Psychotherapist, LMHC Goldwater Mental Health Counseling, PLLC
Specialties: LGBTQIA+, Trauma, Addiction, Depression, Anxiety,

Introduction

Hi! I'm a psychotherapist that provides trauma-informed, culturally affirmative care specializing in depression, trauma and LGBTQAI+ issues. You might be feeling low; sad, lonely, exhausted and like life is pointless. You might be feeling overwhelmed, like everything is anxiety inducing, confusing, frustrating, and out of control. You may even feel it all, where life is chaotic, disorganized and you're on-edge. My work specializes in helping people understand and work through what's showing up to move towards healing. I offer attuned and empathic psychotherapy, collaborating to shape a therapeutic treatment that is as unique as you are. With compassion, energy and curiosity, I show up to meet you where you are to hold space for you to feel safe, supported and seen. With extensive training, I bring speciality expertise in psychodynamic and trauma informed approaches. I meet with clients of diverse backgrounds, navigating challenges such as depression, anxiety, C-PTSD, gender dysphoria, substance use, self harm, LGBQ and TGNB identities, and men’s health. In addition, I teach at and train psychoanalytically with NYU. I know the process of exploring and finding a safe match can be hard. Whatever brings you here, I invite you to reach out to start a conversation and learn more about how we can work together. With my passion for this work and my individualized approach, it’d be an honor to be able to join you and collaborate for a more peaceful and connected life.
