I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Colorado (#1513) and have worked in the mental health field since 2011. In this time, I have gained extensive experience working with a variety of individuals, from children to adults, addressing a wide range of concerns. My experience includes working with individuals on the autism spectrum and with issues including ADHD, anxiety, depression, PTSD, personality disorders, and others. I value the variety of cultures and socioeconomic backgrounds I have worked with and continue to strive to have a diverse clientele. I earned my Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Argosy University–Twin Cities and enjoy working with children, pre-teens, adolescents, adults, and families. I use a holistic approach in therapy and incorporate healthy lifestyle skills when it can benefit my clients. I offer a collaborative, client centered approach and value listening to my client’s needs to maintain a strong therapeutic relationship. When you meet with me, I will help guide you toward the goals you want to achieve and provide support for wherever your life takes you. In my free time, I find pleasure in spending time with my loved ones, my dog, being outdoors, and focus on a healthy lifestyle through diet and exercise. I love to make the most of the seasons in Colorado.
