In this day and age, issues such as depression and anxiety are at epidemic proportions. Our daily lives are stressful, balancing work, personal life, and other obligations. It seems that everyone is struggling to get by day-to-day. Despite everything you or your children may be struggling with, help is available and there is hope! As a psychotherapist I use talk therapy to help children, adolescents and adults resolve all types of mental health conditions and life stressors. I utilize a strengths-based approach, helping my clients identify and utilize inner resources to live the happiest, healthiest, most fulfilling and rewarding lives possible.
