Introduction

It can be difficult to admit that we sometimes need support, but finding support should not be. North Beach Counseling is a haven where empathy and compassion blend with understanding, allowing individuals to feel acknowledged, listened to, and appreciated. Our mission is to help alleviate the anxiety, concerns, and intrusive thoughts that affect daily life. We concentrate on supporting those who have faced difficult and traumatic experiences by harnessing the innate wisdom of their bodies and employing effective, ethical methods to help restore their mental balance. We provide strategies for immediate relief from symptoms while also utilizing psychotherapy (talk therapy) to tackle the root issues, enabling you to manage life's challenges more effectively. Kevin and Kimberly are committed Registered Licensed Mental Health Counselor Interns, eager to provide you with personalized mental health support, whether in person or from the comfort of your home. Whether you’re returning for more sessions or seeking therapy for the first time, we’re here to welcome you—your well-being is our top priority.
