Welcome! I am Board Certified in Psychiatry. I have over 20 years of clinical practice specializing in helping people who have stress, depression, anxiety, sleep problems, trauma, physical illnesses that impact mental health and those with problematic behavior patterns. I offer many different tools to help you to improve your mental health. We will work together to find what is best for your healing, happiness and success. This may include medications, therapy, stress reduction, mindfulness, meditation, nutritional changes, body practices, growth oriented therapy, spiritual practice, changes in your environment, lab testing and more based on your interests and unique needs. I completed my residency and fellowship in Psychiatry at University of California - Irvine. I have been meditating since my teens, and I have extensive training in alternative forms of healing beyond typical psychiatry. This is a telehealth practice for California residents only.
