I enjoy helping my clients live more in alignment with their goals and values. I focus on eating disorders and adults who have recently realized they are Autistic or ADHD. I work from a fat positive, Health At Every Size (HAES) informed, LGBTQ+ inclusive perspective and welcome incorporating clients’ faith into therapy when they desire. I believe that the process of therapy is as individual and unique each person. I am deeply curious about what your life experience has been. My therapeutic approach is holistic and eclectic, using various treatment modalities and techniques to help you explore the thoughts, beliefs, and ways in which you relate to yourself, the world and others. I frequently use Brainspotting (a neuropsychological therapy that taps into subconscious brain to reprocess deeply held trauma and negative core beliefs) and Internal Family Systems (parts work). I also incorporate elements of attachment based therapies, body based therapies, and cognitive behavioral therapies. My goal is that each individual feels heard, seen and understood in a non-judgmental, caring and compassionate therapeutic relationship so they can access their most authentic version of themselves.
