I am a pre-licensed marriage and family therapist who works with adolescent and adult individuals as well as couples. My work may be of particular help to you if you are seeking to overcome challenging life transitions and relational conflict, experiencing depression or grief, or if you are coping with a chronic illness. I strive to help you become better at self-expression and develop closer, more meaningful relationships with others and with yourself. I draw from a combination of techniques, including talk therapy, expressive arts, and person-centered therapy. Therapy is not one-size-fits-all; wherever you are on your journey is where we will begin. My style is collaborative and tailored to you and your needs. I have a master’s degree in counseling psychology with an emphasis in expressive arts from the California Institute for Integral Studies, and a master’s of fine arts degree in fiction writing from Oregon State University.
