I’m glad you’re here, and I want to help you cope with being a human. Whether that means feeling all the feels, making a big decision, experiencing loss, or discovering your true self. Things happen, that’s ok, but you don’t have to go through it alone. If you’re feeling anxious, we can come up with strategies and tools to help you relax. If you’re going though a big change, we can walk the path together. If you’ve been through something traumatic or unpleasant, we will work to create a safe place where you can begin to heal. Feeling like all of these apply? It’s ok, you’re ok, and when you feel safe and ready, we can take a dive into the past where it all began. Let’s be honest, we all know our inner child could use some love. Being a human is hard sometimes, but it doesn’t have to take away your joy. You deserve to have a life where you can be your most authentic self. Where you feel fulfilled in your relationships because you have healed from the problems of the past. You can have fun again and step out of your comfort zone more. Most importantly, you can feel good about being you. I am a licensed mental health counselor and have been practicing therapy since 2013. I’m passionate about helping people grow and reach their goals. I have training and/or experience in trauma, anxiety, adoption, depression, and grief. I love working with teens, young adults, and 20-30 somethings.
