I am dedicated to providing support to individuals, couples, and adolescents on their journey towards improved mental and emotional well-being. My approach to therapy is grounded in a family systems perspective, which means I understand the connections between personal relationships, behavioral patterns, and life choices. I believe in the power of identifying and addressing the systemic factors that influence our lives and the relationships we navigate. Whether you’re an individual seeking personal development, a couple working through relationship challenges, or an adolescent navigating the complexities of the world, I am here to help you find clarity, resilience, and a greater sense of well-being. Together we can explore your concerns, develop coping strategies, and build a foundation for lasting positive change. I am APSATS-Trained and am in the process of becoming Certified in the Connected Recovery model, which walks individuals and relationships through healing from betrayal trauma, infidelity, and problematic sexual behaviors. I also draw from the Person-Centered approach, fostering a warm and empathetic environment where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences with trust and acceptance. My goal is to create a safe space where clients can freely express themselves, build self-awareness, and work towards positive growth. I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness methods to help clients develop greater self-awareness, manage stress, and discover healthy coping methods. In my free time you can find me exploring the farmer’s market, enjoying the sights, smells and foods that our wonderful community has to offer. I’m also an avid reader and the library is my happy place. My commitment to self-care allows me to stay grounded and recharged which enables me to bring my best self to every therapeutic session.
