Kerri Sterrett

LPC, EMDR Certified & EMDRIA Approved Consultant Denver Wellness Counseling, PLLC
Specialties: EMDR, Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Grief,

Introduction

Kerri Sterrett, MA, LPC, is an EMDR Certified Therapist with over 12 years of professional experience in counseling. She specializes in helping her clients recover from trauma, dysfunctional family systems, PTSD, depression, anxiety/panic, and significant life transitions. Kerri uses an eclectic approach, but has found EMDR therapy to be one of the most effective tools in helping her clients reach their therapy goals. Kerri enjoys working with clients who perhaps have tried traditional “talk therapy” with limited success, and who are ready to dive into deeper work of exploring their experiences, healing old wounds, and breaking free from old, unhelpful patterns of interacting with the world. Kerri’s counseling approach is engaging, heartfelt, and centers on building meaningful connections.
