Introduction

Hello and Welcome! My name is Keondra; I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in Salt Lake City, Utah. I am licensed in the states of Utah and Idaho. My private practice offers virtual therapy sessions to individuals seeking guidance and healing. I specialize in supporting women who feel lonely, isolated, misunderstood, and stressed from issues related to divorce, life transitions, racial identity, racism/oppression, parenting struggles, relationship problems, trauma, and just being a woman in today's society. I firmly believe that healing and growth occur within relationships, and we will work together to identify how your attachment style directly impacts core beliefs, self-image, boundaries, and values. With my relational approach, kind heart, empathetic nature, and sense of humor, we will work together to desensitize old traumas and increase self-awareness. I will provide tools and healthy coping skills to help you overcome life’s obstacles while improving your mental health. My therapeutic approach is to provide honesty, coaching, and increase motivation and overall happiness to help you heal your wounds and live a life not driven by fear. If you are ready, come as you are. Together, we will cultivate a safe space for healing, vulnerability, and self-exploration.
