Introduction

If you're struggling with trauma, depression, anxiety, eating disorders, substance abuse, grief and loss, or relationships issues, I am here to help you. With 15 years of clinical experience, one of my goals is to provide a safe and non-judgmental space for my clients to understand themselves better and to forge the life that they envision. I use an integrative therapy approach to facilitate change and to help you gain the tools to manage life's problems. I have expertise in EMDR therapy, an effective treatment for resolving recent and/or past trauma, such as sexual assault/abuse, natural disasters, and interpersonal violence/war, to name a few. I am also bilingual and provide therapy in Spanish as needed. Feel free to contact me for a free 15-minute consultation to determine if I am the best fit for you. I look forward to working with you.
