I understand that seeking mental health therapy can be difficult, but I want to provide you with an open canvas to be yourself. I am an eclectic therapist and will use several modalities to help you reach your goals. I have a background in Children and Adults dealing with ADHD, Anxiety, Addiction Issues, Adolescent Issues, Depression, Grief, School Issues, Self-Esteem & Stress Management & Conflict Resolution. My main goal in counseling is to provide a safe space to be the voice for the voiceless and to help those discover their purpose.
