Introduction

As a Licensed Professional Counselor in Connecticut since 2001, I enjoy working with clients aged 10-104, with a wide variety of mental health issues. My primary treatment modality is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, though I will utilize a more eclectic treatment process as needed. I enjoy helping individuals learn to help themselves, and to become the most productive they can be, despite their mental health issues.
