Introduction

If you are struggling with change or a life transition, I can help. Change is a major source of stress in our lives. It can disrupt, overwhelm, and take a toll on our mental health. Major life changes, such as losing a loved one, moving, changing jobs, or starting a family, can lead to anxiety, loneliness, and feeling overwhelmed. Even positive transitions, like starting college, entering a new relationship, or getting married, can create stress as we adjust to new responsibilities and expectations. If you are feeling stress, anxiety, or depression because of a life-changing event or transition, I am here to help. I specialize in helping clients experiencing mental health challenges from life changes and transitions. I help adolescents, young adults, individuals, couples, and families in developing the skills to navigate and manage change effectively. I assist clients in developing adaptive strategies and coping skills that support their mental health and emotional well-being. While my primary training is in narrative therapy, I use an integrated approach that includes Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. My services are designed to meet individual needs and use evidence-based practices to promote mental and emotional well-being. Understanding that therapy is a deeply personal journey, I strive to create a safe, welcoming environment where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings without fear of judgment. By fostering a supportive and empathetic space, I help clients develop coping skills that empower them to navigate change confidently. Alongside professional counseling, I offer consulting and coaching services focused on transition management.
