Introduction

If you are struggling with change or a life transition, I am here to help. Change can be disruptive, stressful, and demanding. It interrupts our accustomed way of life and compels us to adjust to new, stressful, unfamiliar experiences. The uncertainty of change can leave us feeling anxious, overwhelmed, and distressed. My expertise and passion are in helping clients manage stress and anxiety triggered by life changes and transitions. I assist adolescents, young adults, individuals, couples, and families in developing coping strategies and skills to manage difficult life transitions. While my clinical training is in narrative therapy, I use an integrated approach in my practice, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused, and Motivational Interviewing Therapy. I work collaboratively with each client to address their unique circumstances and needs. My goal is always to empower the client. In addition to professional counseling, I provide consulting and coaching services on transition management to individuals, groups, and organizations.
