Introduction

Hello and Welcome! My counseling style is open and inviting. I provide a welcoming, non-judgmental, direct approach and want to help clients discover positive therapy outcomes. I believe in the power of self-discovery, I believe it is never too late to start a new journey, and I believe we are all worthy of healing. I am a Safe Zone Ally trained by The University of Texas Dallas. My training is based in diversity, awareness, and inclusion for all. I welcome all clients of all sexual orientations and gender identities / expression. I have over 7 years experience with counseling individuals. I strive to help individuals who are struggling with major life transitions, stressors, and trauma. I want to assist you to reduce symptoms of anxiety, build skills to manage emotions, build self-acceptance, self-esteem, and self-confidence. My therapeutic approach adjusts according to what my client may want and need from our therapeutic relationship, that includes multiple modes of counseling including: Cognitive Behavioral, Mindfulness, Client Centered, and Solution-focused theories. I look forward to meeting you and beginning this journey together.
