I utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches, such as cognitive-behavior and dialectical behavior therapy to personalize treatment for each client. I also utilize the HAES approach and help my clients with intuitive eating. I view therapy from a lens of holistic wellness, as many life issues intertwine the physical, emotional, and spiritual. I strive to help you reach your mental health goals. I enjoy and have experience in working with addictions, eating disorders, body image issues, nutrition, low self-esteem, women's issues, grief, sexual abuse, and trauma.
