Introduction

By gaining over 12 years of experience working in the Mental Health and Addiction field, I've been able to provide support for individuals during challenging seasons in their lives allowing them to feel seen and heard. The eclectic guidance I implement enlightens and liberates individuals to take their power back while rediscovering the healthier version of themselves. Specializing in working with Partners of Sex & Porn Addicts for 4yrs has shaped the holistic approach I utilize which consists of Crisis Intervention, Mindfulness Training, Solution Focused Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Attachment Based Therapy. This has directed me as a Sex Therapist to better understand how physical, mental and emotional needs have an affect on one another but are most effectively treated as separate entities.
