Introduction

Kendall Sapiro is a licensed social worker practicing in NYC. A former Kindergarten teacher, Kendall brings to the clinical space a light-hearted and supportive style. Kendall came to Wavelength Psychotherapy from New York University’s Counseling and Wellness Center where she developed her niche for working with young adults and adolescents with diverse backgrounds. Kendall provides an integrative approach using evidence-based therapies such as, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) with a particular expertise and interest in treating anxiety, depression, eating disorders and relationship difficulties.
