Introduction

Life Change Counseling is about a person's right to live in autonomy and move past any situation that caused them to doubt, become shameful, or harbor guilt around their part. Recovery is a process of having someone genuine and non-judgmental to guide them through their thoughts leads to transformation. A client-centered approach in the therapeutic relationship involves self-actualization, empathy, and unconditional positive regard when practicing a person-centered approach. I believe Eclectic therapy isn't a specific type of therapy. The phrase describes the way many counselors work. They may begin therapy in one style and shift to different modalities. I invite a person who feels invisible despite having people who are very sympathetic and often very intelligent, who cannot get you to a place to process your thoughts. I believe in allowing you to remain the expert and lead the pace of our engagements. My role is to guide the process so that you can get to a place where change occurs I provide secure teletherapy appointments, so you can relax at home. I strive to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space, where you can be accepted and heard. My goal is to provide you with the tools and resources you need to live a more fulfilled life, finally free from the past. Please call for a consultation to get started.
