Hello, I'm a clinical mental health counselor, behavioral health coach, and wellness consultant. With my counseling and coaching support, I work with adolescents (ages 12-17), young adults (ages 18-29), and adults (ages 30+). I'm currently accepting new clients for the following services (in-person and virtually): - ADHD diagnostic evaluations + clinical testing - ADHD coaching for life skills building + professional development - ADHD wellness consulting for community-based organizations As a clinical mental health counselor, I have expertise in assessing for ADHD with other co-occurring mental health conditions, such as behavioral issues, learning disabilities, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, PTSD, etc. I have a dedicated focus on neurodevelopmental conditions and neurodiversity based on my ADHD diagnosis (much later in life), treatment (including medications), and self-reflection of lifelong challenges that were ADHD-related (without knowing it at the time). My journey in learning about the distinctions with how my neurodivergent brain works is why I chose to become an expert in ADHD support — and a champion for those who are on a similar pathway of self-discovery with wellness optimization both personally and professionally. I’m a proud member of the LGBTQIA+ community, providing culturally responsive and affirming care, holistic wellness approaches, and a supportive space for the collective needs of our broader and diverse communities. I’m also a committed advocate for youth, specifically those most at-risk, by helping them learn impactful life skills and personalized strategies for achieving positive transitions as they become emerging adults.
