Introduction

I am a dedicated and compassionate licensed clinical psychologist with over 17 years of experience in the mental health field. My practice uniquely integrates Eastern philosophy with evidence-based therapeutic approaches to provide holistic care that addresses the mind, body, heart, and spirit. By blending Eastern philosophies such as mindfulness and meditation with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Existential therapy techniques, I help clients achieve lasting well-being and personal growth. Cultural Sensitivity: Profound understanding and respect for diverse cultural backgrounds and practices, ensuring culturally competent care. Mindfulness-Based Interventions: Skilled in teaching and guiding clients through mindfulness practices to enhance self-awareness and emotional regulation. Personalized Care: Tailoring therapeutic approaches to meet the unique needs of each individual, promoting healing and self-discovery. I currently provide Telepsychology or tele-mental health (TMH), which is video based psychological services using a HIPPA compliant telecommunication platform. To learn more about how TMH works, please schedule a free consultation. I look forward to the opportunity to support you during this transformative phase of your life.
