Helping... Couples resolve conflict and find greater emotional connection and intimacy through Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT). Individuals find meaning, understanding, and hopefully a greater sense and feeling of one's unique destiny in life. I use an integrative, holistic approach of old and new. Together in-person in office, through telehealth, or outside in nature. My Practice is Grounded in... The original practice of psychotherapy- the care of the soul. A collaborative, healing-focused, therapeutic relationship. An empathetic, safe, and nonjudgmental space. Processes for discovering strengths, inner truths, and building resolve. Skills to help with coping, acceptance, and change. My Method... An integrative approach of current evidence-based treatments alongside the traditional clinical wisdom found in Jungian-based psychotherapy. Both methods are highly effective and evidenced-based. For example, anxiety is often alleviated through cognitive and behavioral approaches, mindfulness practices, and from the healing, growth, and change that comes from uncovering and working through our deeper layers to root causes.
