Introduction

I served in the United States Army from 2009 - 2014 and was injured in the line of duty. After my injury I was in a dark place. I was able to get through it with the help of therapy. Now, as a mental health therapist, I serve others so that I can help them overcome their own struggles. I utilize CBT, DBT, Narrative therapy, EMDR, Brainspotting, and more in order to help my clients overcome their mental health issues.
