I grew up in the Los Angeles area. From a young age, I knew that it was important for me to help others. I started by helping mentally and physically disabled individuals. From there, I received my BA in Sociology and then I worked as an Applied Behavioral Analyst for children ages 0-18 years old for two years. I realized that I wanted to make more of an impact with children and their families. I decided to obtain my Master’s in Social Work in order to be able to provide resources, skills, and helpful strategies to families. I am licensed in California and Texas. The most rewarding part of being a therapist is when my clients realize the full potential that they have and reach the treatment goals that were set in the beginning of treatment. I love seeing their positive changes and overall growth from when we start working together to the end of services.
