Introduction

Our therapeutic services are dedicated to assisting clients ages 6-100 in the resolution of individual, marital, familial, relational, trauma/crisis, depression, anxiety, social phobias, anger management, LGBTQ, grief/loss, individuation (adolescent-teen), sexual abuse, domestic violence, child abuse/neglect, life transitions, codependency, passive-aggressive behavior, and self-esteem concerns. We utilize various methodologies to accomplish therapeutic goals. We understand that each case is different and as such will require specialized treatment to fit therapeutic goals and client abilities. We primarily consider ourselves to be a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist, however, we often utilize an eclectic approach to problem resolution.
