Introduction

As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Registered Play Therapist (RPT), I work to provide individuals of all ages with feelings of value, courage, and connection to overcome challenges and move towards healing. I strive to bring an authentic relationship in a comfortable, safe and supportive setting for all to be both seen and heard. I work with people across the lifespan, however, I specialize in working with children ages 4-11 utilizing Play Therapy to meet and communicate with children in their world and in their primary language–play. Education: I graduated from South Dakota State University with my Bachelor’s Degree in Human Development and Family Studies and my Master’s Degree in Counseling and Human Development. I have obtained all my education and supervision for my specialization in Play Therapy through South Dakota State University as well. Go Jacks!
