Hi! My name is Kelsi Jaspers and I'm a licensed mental health counselor. I also hold a certification in international alcohol and drug counselor. I am happy to be able to serve the Hampton area through my private practice. I believe the process of therapy is to provide a safe and supportive environment to create space for any individual to understand themselves and the world in such a way to bring awareness and choices into the next steps of their lives.
