Introduction

I understand everyone has their own journey. My goal is to build a healthy transparent therapeutic relationship with my clients. I understand the importance of meeting clients where they are. I do so by tailoring sessions to fit you and your needs. I want you to feel comfortable, safe and supported while expressing yourself and working towards your goals. I earned both my Bachelor and Master degrees in Social Work from Wayne State University. My social work background consists of working in healthcare and providing support and counseling to children, individuals and families. I specialize in Grief and Loss, Coping Skill Development, Parenting, Self-Esteem, Woman Issues, Relationship Difficulties, Stress Management, and Peer Relationships. My therapeutic approaches are Strength-Based, Solution Focused, Interpersonal, Client Centered, Parent-Child Interaction, and Family Systems Therapy. My therapeutic goals are to provide support, tools and strategies you can use to create change, build self-esteem, and reach your goals in a judgment free environment.
