Introduction

I am currently accepting new clients. Therapy is a place to feel heard, validated and offer growth and change to your life. I am here to support your needs whether you are looking as an individual, couple or family. Every person holds a unique story and experiences; it is my goal to work collaboratively with you to achieve personal goals and growth throughout the therapy experience. I work with teens, adults, couples and families and bring a systemic focus on each individual’s needs in session. Traditional and non-traditional families are welcome. I work predominately with a narrative approach while also utilizing EMDR, CBT and solution focused techniques. My practice is predominately focused on working with clients who are experiencing life transitions, perinatal and postpartum adjustment, blending families, LGBTQIA+, anxiety and depression. If you are interested in taking the step to initiating therapy with me, please email or call to schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation.
