Hi, my name is Kelsey Riddle (she/her) and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and clinical supervisor. I provide Telehealth services to clients located in Arizona and North Carolina. I show up in my sessions with authentic, honest, and direct support. My process is unique to the client I am working with; I integrate and tailor my approach to work for you as I learn more about you, your patterns, and your strengths. I am empathetic and passionate, and I will be your biggest champion in your work and in your life. My hope is for everyone to have an empowered and secure sense of self. This resilience is critical to riding through (and thriving through) the ups and downs that life and the universe inevitably throws us all. The narratives we carry as a result of previous hurtful experiences can often stay with us, and get in the way of creating the life we deserve and desire. I help my clients to heal the wounds they carry internally through processing their past experiences and traumas. I will also help you process, integrate, and move through life as things come up presently that you’d like support for. I take an attachment and trauma-informed approach to this work. My passion is also to help my clients restore connection and repair their most important relationships. I believe all people need love and connection, and that unfortunately we can become stuck in negative cycles. I help my clients to have new healthy interactions and to experience a deeper, more vulnerable, connection. Though change is not easy and often frightening, I believe the best thing I can do for my clients is to help them to have the strength and worthiness to ask for connection, and to in-turn accept. I have witnessed firsthand the power of love, compassion, and forgiveness. I believe that relationships can be mended through the process of therapy. I specialize in several areas of therapy using empirically supported models of therapy. Please see more information on the Therapy Specialties page to learn more about my work.
