Introduction

I firmly believe that each of us holds valuable insights about our own lives. As a compassionate and highly skilled professional, my passion lies in the transformative potential of therapy. My goal is to offer exceptional and personalized care, specifically tailored to address the unique challenges you bring to our sessions. Having worked in various settings including youth residential care facilities, hospitals, schools, and the community, I bring a diverse perspective that fosters a safe and comfortable environment. Together, we can explore the hurdles you face, discover meaningful insights, and develop self-driven solutions to help you make positive strides toward your individual goals. I have over 14 years of experience treating individuals of all ages- children, teenagers, and adults. In working with school-aged children, I value collaborating closely with their educational and pediatric teams to ensure a comprehensive and supportive network that truly makes a difference. I employ a range of therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Therapy. My personal mission is to create a space where you or your child feel genuinely valued and cared for, no matter the source of the conflict. Together, we can empower you to develop and embrace healthy coping skills, enabling you to navigate life's challenges with resilience. I'm excited to explore how I can support you or your child in taking the next steps toward growth and well-being. Let's chat!
