In life, we all reach moments when we realize we could benefit from support and practical tools to navigate our obstacles and stressors. Therapy can be a powerful resource for those seeking greater peace in their daily lives. I have been practicing in the field since 2012, working with children, adolescents, and adults to address a variety of mental health disorders, including trauma, depression, and anxiety. I also help clients improve their self-esteem, navigate life transitions, and manage daily stressors and anger. As a member of a first responder family, I have a deep understanding of the unique challenges and stressors that first responders face. I enjoy working with first responders and their families, providing specialized support for the mental health needs specific to those who serve our communities. My approach is collaborative—I work closely with each client to develop the most effective treatment plan for their unique needs. I believe that understanding the connections between our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors is both empowering and transformative.
