Introduction

With a deep commitment to empowering individuals, Kelsey Parke, LCPC, has been providing compassionate therapy in Missoula since 2015. As a licensed clinical professional counselor, Kelsey believes that clients are the true experts in their own lives. Her approach is centered on collaboration, where she works alongside each client to uncover the root causes of emotional struggles and help them create lasting transformation. Whether you're facing challenges in your relationships, career, or personal life, Kelsey offers a compassionate space where you can develop healthier habits, stronger coping skills, and a renewed sense of purpose. Kelsey’s therapeutic philosophy is built on the idea that while we can’t always predict the outcomes of our circumstances, we do have the ability to influence how we prepare for, interpret, and navigate through them. Utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Kelsey helps clients gain a clearer understanding of their thought patterns and behaviors, empowering them to reframe their responses and experiences in healthier, more productive ways. In her work, Kelsey integrates radical acceptance, helping clients embrace their current reality without judgment, while also focusing on personal growth and change. CBT equips clients with the tools to identify and transform unhelpful thoughts and behaviors, allowing them to regain control over their emotional well-being. This approach encourages active participation in one’s own healing process, giving clients a sense of ownership over their emotional lives. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, stress, relational issues, or feeling stuck in your personal or professional life, Kelsey is dedicated to walking beside you on your journey toward healing and self-discovery. Her goal is to help you develop the emotional resilience and coping skills you need to face life’s difficulties with confidence and grace.
