Introduction

Hi, I am Kelsey Notaro. I am a LPCC and I specialize in working with young adults who are experiencing anxious and obsessive thoughts that impacts their relationships and faith. Together, we can identify patterns keeping you stuck, change thought patterns, reduce fears and doubt, and work toward building a stronger sense of security, safety, and trust within your relationships. I aim to cultivate a space where my clients feel safe, supported, and encouraged throughout the therapy process. I utilize CBT and Strength-Based approaches with a specialty in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). I find passion helping my clients take gradual steps of courage as they break free from old patterns and beliefs that are holding them back.
