Introduction

I work with adults who have been impacted by addiction, often experiencing anxiety, depression, and life transitions, to heal from past trauma and work through present struggles. The way this is done is through the use of person centered therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
