If you have experienced traumatic or stressful life events, you might feel stuck in the past, or be coping in ways that aren’t really working for you anymore. I want to help you embark on a healing journey centered on mind-body integration and connection, so that you can live fully in each present moment. I know you are the expert on yourself; my goal is to hold space for you, offer tools, and be a guide for your healing journey. I am passionate about and have experience working with the LGBTQIA2S+ community, helping professionals, and those with complex trauma. I currently see adults and adolescents aged 16 and older. I use a combination of Internal Family Systems, EMDR, Polyvagal Theory, DBT skills, and yoga, while coming from a strengths-based and trauma-informed perspective. I am committed to creating a safe, nonjudgmental relationship in which you can engage in self-inquiry and healing in mind and body. I strive to be culturally sensitive and aware of the impact of systemic issues such as power and privilege on holistic health. I look forward to hearing from you and working together!
